Product Description
Sikaflex NP1 is a versatile, one-component elastomeric polyurethane sealant engineered for use in a wide range of construction applications. Suitable for both interior and exterior use, it requires no mixing and typically no priming, allowing for quick and efficient application to various substrates including concrete, masonry, aluminum, and wood. This sealant cures to a tough, rubber-like material that accommodates joint movement of ±35%, ensuring durable, weathertight seals that withstand environmental stresses.
Ideal for sealing expansion joints, panel walls, precast units, window frames, roofing, and partition systems, Sikaflex NP1 also acts as an effective acoustical sealant, minimizing sound transmission and supporting high Sound Transmission Class (STC) ratings. Its weather-resistant formulation performs reliably across diverse climates and conditions, including suitability for water immersion and adhesion to green concrete up to 72 hours after pouring.
